Application records
Workers and handlers must have access to required application information and Safety Data Sheets at the central display location.
Emergency assistance
When WPS conditions apply, the employer must make emergency transportation available and provide pesticide information to medical personnel.
No retaliation
An employer may not intimidate, threaten, punish, or discriminate against someone for exercising WPS rights or reporting a violation.
